Henry Morales

PRESIDENT AND PRINCIPAL BROKER

 

Henry has over 40 years of experience as a real estate broker in Texas for both residential and commercial real estate and tax protesting.  He also holds a Property Tax Consultant license since 2006.  Henry started in residential real estate for various major brokerage firms and quickly became top broker year after year in the early eighties through the nineties.

 

Buena Vista Management Co. was established in 1990 to focus more on the commercial side of the business.  Later that year, Henry was referred to investors out of California who purchased a 44,000 square foot shopping center with a 20% occupancy rate at an auction. Henry successfully leased out the dying center to 100% occupancy. He then sold the center to investors out of New York at over four times the original purchase price. Thus finding his passion and continuing a successful career.  Henry is experienced in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate.  He is fluent in Spanish.

Henry graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He was a member of the Corps of Cadets. Upon graduation, he was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army achieving the rank of Captain before leaving the Army to pursue a career in real estate. He is married with three children and four grandchildren.  Henry enjoys hunting, fly-fishing and other recreational activities.

Elizabeth Rowold

BROKER ASSOCIATE AND PROPERTY TAX CONSULTANT

 

Elizabeth has over 13 years of commercial real estate experience with an emphasis in retail leasing and management.  Elizabeth graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Economics and minor in business administration.  She holds a Texas real estate broker license and Texas property tax consultant license.

 

She oversees the property management for third party multifamily properties.  She also serves as the landlord representative for third party owned retail and industrial properties. 

 

Prior to joining Buena Vista Management Co., Elizabeth managed 400,000 square feet of upscale Class A shopping and dining mixed use property at CITYCENTRE. She also has experience in leasing and managing 1,000,000 square feet at West Oaks Mall for more than six years.  Elizabeth works with investors from site selection, guidance through the due diligence process to advising the client at the closing table.

 

In addition, she represents over 200 clients both residential and commercial property tax accounts.  She is very successful with property tax reductions in the formal appraisal review board hearings. Her passion for negotiating drives her to get the best value for her clients.  She thrives on getting the deal done and saving her clients money. 

 

Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.  She also volunteers with children charities.

 


Irma Monjaraz

FINANCIAL MANAGER

Irma graduated in 2015 from Texas Southern University with a BBA in Accounting and a concentration in Federal Taxation. She handles Buena Vista Management Co. monthly, quarterly and annual federal and state reports. She also prepares financial statements for Buena Vista and our clients.  Her knowledge of federal and state taxation enables her to advise clients on tax savings on their income taxes.

 

When Irma is not working on saving clients money, she takes additional classes on Fraud Examination and Federal Taxation.  She is also a gym enthusiast. She volunteers for Notre Dame Catholic Church in the Continuing Catholic Education of Youth.


Stephanie Gonzalez

MARKETING ASSISTANT

Stephanie is part of our administrative support staff. She graduated from Houston Community College with an associates degree in Drafting and Design and an specialization in Architectural Design. At Buena Vista Management Co., she assists with marketing, property advertisement, client relations and procurement, website management and data management.
